Vendor
Branson Vendor App Process
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Harley-Davidson National H.O.G. Rally! We’re excited to have you join us! Please read the following steps carefully to ensure your setup and participation are smooth and fully compliant.
All vendors must go through the following steps and be approved by Mighty Loud in order to reserve your spot.
START HERE:
Step 1: Apply for a Temporary Business License
All vendors – whether selling products or food, displaying merchandise, or offering services – must obtain a Temporary Business License, even if you already hold a permanent license. Feel free to contact us for pre-approval if needed.
Application Process
When completing the application, provide the address 111 E Atlantic St, Branson, MO 65616. This is the address for the application and we will let you know where within the Rally footprint you will setup. Call to discuss specifics if needed.
List event dates only (do not include set-up or tear-down dates). The dates are 9/10/26-9/12/26.
Complete and submit the application through the portal.
After submission, staff will review your application and either:
Place it in “Ready for Payment” status (you will receive an email notification), or
Continue processing the application if no payment is required.
Step 2: Food Trucks additional requirements
Complete a Mobile Food Vendor Permit with the Taney County Health Department
A fire inspection is required and can be scheduled through your portal account after Business License application submission.
If local, consider an annual permit. In order to obtain this you will also need a City of Branson business license.
Please note: Food vendors will need to set up a Taney County fire and health inspection on 9/9 or 9/10.
Step 3: Documentation
Provide your license to Mighty Loud. Your permits will be required during setup.
Step 4: Submit the National H.O.G. Vendor Application/Agreement
Complete and submit the Application and Agreement to finalize your spot.
