The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce/CVB (“Branson Chamber” or “Explore Branson”), Pappy Hoel Campground, LLC (“Pappy Hoel”), Full Throttle, L.L.C., Full Throttle Saloon and Campground L.L.C., (collectively, "Full Throttle"), and any other prize suppliers or promotional partners in connection with this Promotion, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the "Full Throttle Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded. Overview 

The 2026 Full Throttle Sweepstakes (“Promotion”), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud"), available through Participating Locations. “Participating Locations" means any physical or digital channel through which entry into this Promotion is made available, including without limitation Full Throttle Distillery locations, Pappy Hoel Campground, Full Throttle Branson Bike Week Events, the Promotion Website, and the online and social media channels of Full Throttle Entities and their affiliated brands. A non-exhaustive list of Participating Locations is available at ftbransonevents.com/fullthrottle. The Full Throttle Sweepstakes consists of the following prize giveaways:

• Explore Branson Trip Giveaway (6/15/2026 - 10/31/2026): The Explore Branson Giveaway offers one (1) Explore Branson Trip prize (described below). Entries into the Explore Branson Trip Giveaway will be accepted starting on June 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Entry Period”). For specific entry methods, winner selection and verification, see Trip Giveaways (below).

• Trip to Sturgis Giveaway (6/15/2026 - 10/31/2026): The Trip to Sturgis Giveaway offers a total of one (1) trip to Sturgis (described below). Entries into the Trip to Sturgis Giveaway will be accepted starting on June 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Entry Period” as defined above). • Trip to Estes Park Giveaway (6/15/2026 - 10/31/2026): The Trip to Estes Park Giveaway offers a total of one (1) trip to Estes Park, CO (described below). Entries into the Trip to Estes Park Giveaway will be accepted starting on June 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Entry Period” as defined above). The Explore Branson Trip Giveaway, the Trip to Sturgis Giveaway, and the Trip to Estes Park Giveaway are collectively referred to herein as the “Trip Giveaways.”

• Sturgis Prizes (8/7/26 - 8/15/26): The Sturgis Prizes offers multiple prizes during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally (described below). Entries for the Sturgis Prizes will be accepted starting on August 7, 2026 at 11 a.m ET and ending on August 15, 2026 at 2 p.m. ET (12 p.m. MT) (the “Sturgis Promotion Entry Period”). Sturgis Prize winners must be able to pick up the prize in person at the Pappy Hoel Campground General Store by 4 p.m. ET (2 p.m. MT) August 16, 2026. For specific entry methods, winner selection and verification, see Event and Anytime Prize Giveaways (below). 

• Explore Branson Prizes (9/9/26 - 9/12/26): The Explore Branson Prizes offers multiple prizes during the Full Throttle Branson Bike Week (described below). Entries for the Explore Branson Prizes will be accepted starting on September 9, 2026 at 3 p.m. ET (2 p.m. CT) and ending on September 12, 2026 at 7 p.m ET (6 p.m. CT) (the “Branson Promotion Entry Period”). Branson Prize winners must be able to pick up the prize in person by 11 p.m ET (10 p.m CT) September 12, 2026 during the Full Throttle Branson Bike week. For specific entry methods, winner selection and verification, see Event and Anytime Prize Giveaways (below). 

• Anytime Prizes (6/15/2026 - 10/31/2026): The Anytime prizes offers multiple prizes at any time during the Promotion (described below). Entries for the Anytime Prizes will be accepted starting on June 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Anytime Promotion Entry Period”). For specific entry methods, winner selection and verification, see Event and Anytime Prize Giveaways (below). 

The Sturgis Prizes, Explore Branson Prizes, and Anytime Prizes are collectively referred to herein as the “Event and Anytime Prize Giveaways.”

Note: The Explore Branson Trip Giveaway, the Trip to Sturgis Giveaway, Trip to Estes Park Giveaway, the Sturgis Prizes, the Explore Branson Prizes and the Anytime Prizes are all components of one unified Promotion, operating under these Official Rules with one Sponsor and one set of eligibility requirements. An entry into the Sturgis Prizes or the Explore Branson Prizes also generates one (1) additional entry into the Explore Branson Trip Giveaway, the Trip to Sturgis Giveaway, the Trip to Estes Park Giveaway, and the Anytime Prizes.

Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal permanent residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii), and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.  Employees of Mighty Loud, the Branson Chamber, Pappy Hoel or Full Throttle, or any of the companies providing prizes, and their locations, retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, promotional and other vendor agencies, any prize suppliers, any other companies directly involved in the offer or administration of this promotion, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible. 

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. You are not eligible to win the prizes offered in this sweepstakes if, in the 13 months preceding the start of this sweepstakes, you were confirmed as an eligible winner of a prize with an ARV over $600 through any Mighty Loud or Full Throttle Promotion. In addition, if you are determined to be a winner in this Promotion of a prize with an ARV over $600, you will be ineligible to participate further in this Promotion or any other such Promotion for the 13 months following acceptance of the prize. 

Prizes, Odds & Prize Restrictions

All prize values in these Official Rules are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. The following prizes are available in this Promotion:

Explore Branson Trip Giveaway (1): Explore Branson Trip Prize consists of the following elements: two (2) night stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Branson in Branson, MO (ARV: $350), one (1) Pink Jeep tour for two (2) (ARV: $158),  one (1) pair of tickets for two (2) to Dolly Parton’s Stampede dinner and show (ARV: $187), $50 to Turkey Creek Brewery (ARV: $50),  one (1) $1,500 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card cash gift card (ARV $1,500). Odds: The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.    

Limit one (1) prize per person. All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner. 

No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for any Prize. Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prizes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON AND RECEIVED A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 AWARDED BY MIGHTY LOUD OR FULL THROTTLE ENTITY WITHIN 13 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS PROMOTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE VALUED OVER $600, IN ANY CURRENT PROMOTION. 

The ARV of any prize may vary, depending on applicable variables including without limitation, date, options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference.

Guests of any trip winner, alcohol-related prizes, or any prizes as designated by the prize issuer  must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. Winners of any prize that includes lodging or a hotel package must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Room taxes, if applicable, and other hotel fees (including incidentals) are not included and if applicable, may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner. A deposit or payment in advance or presentation of a credit card by the winner may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel.

All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in any travel or event-related prize description above, including but not limited to, sales, use or other taxes, passport expenses, fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline or airport fees, security fees, baggage charges, service charges, facility charges, surcharges, upgrades, extras, meals, beverages, snacks, excursions, alcoholic beverages, tips, gratuities, parking, concessions, sightseeing, souvenirs, merchandise, transfers, COVID or other tests, fuel, trip or travel insurance, resort or hotel services, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, local and long distance telephone calls, Internet access, all lodging and transportation expenses not expressly included above, personal items, and incidentals personal charges at lodging, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. 

All prizes and prize components, including those delivered by gift card, certificate, voucher, booking confirmation, or other instrument, are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions imposed by the applicable prize supplier or issuing party, including but not limited to expiration dates, blackout dates, availability restrictions, and redemption requirements, none of which are the responsibility of Mighty Loud. 

Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Entrants agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith.

Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent. Noncash prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned. The right to receive any prize is personal to winner and is not transferable. Any prize or portion thereof not accepted by any winner is forfeited and no cash or substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes may not be substituted except that Mighty Loud in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced. 

Trip Giveaways

A. How to Enter

There are several ways to enter the Full Throttle Sweepstakes: 

• Scan or Check-in at Participating Locations:  During the Promotion Entry Period, visit a Participating Location to scan a QR Code for access to a registration form. Click here for a complete list of Participating Locations. You will receive two (2) entries in this Promotion for this initial registration entry. For each time during the Promotion Entry Period that you “check-in” at a Participating Location by scanning the QR code and clicking the “Check-In” button, you will receive one (1) entry in this Promotion. Limit one (1) check-in per day. Click here for a complete list of Participating locations.

• Scan in or click the Online link: During the Promotion Entry Period, registration access will be available through various social channels and websites that may include, but are not limited to the Participation Locations online presence. Click here for a complete list of Participating locations. You will receive two (2) entries in this Promotion for this initial registration entry.

• Other Participating Methods: Participating Locations may, from time to time, use their own methods for engagement, including for example unique QR codes or participation in various activities to collect codes or keywords to then enter through the Promotion Website to redeem for entries in this Promotion. No purchase is required to gain access to a QR code, to obtain any codes or keywords for additional entries. Review further details below. Keywords may also be distributed digitally, including through the websites, social media accounts, email communications or other digital channels of Participating Locations or their affiliated brands. Any keywords obtained through such channels are subject to the same entry limits, restrictions, and deadlines set forth in these Official Rules. No purchase is required to obtain any keyword or entry code through any channel.  

• Mail-In Request: To enter without visiting a Participating Location, send a postcard (envelope entries will not be accepted), legibly handwritten in ink with your name, address (no PO Boxes accepted), date of birth, email address, and phone number to Mighty Loud ℅ Full Throttle Sweepstakes, 1480 Old 41 HWY NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152. All entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 7, 2026. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Participant are void. You will receive two (2) entries in this Promotion for the first submission and one (1) entry for each additional submission. 

Limit maximum of sixty (60) entries total per person and per email address throughout this Promotion, regardless of method of entry. You may receive two (2) entries during the Promotion for registering. There are other opportunities during the Promotion Entry Period to submit more entries, and each Participating Location may employ a unique approach to this Promotion as a whole; it is within the discretion of each in the marketing of this Promotion, and whether and how to share keywords or codes as part of the entry process. Mighty Loud does not guarantee that the maximum number of entry opportunities will be available at any given time or through any particular channel.

All entries must be submitted to Mighty Loud by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026 to be eligible for the Trip Giveaway, and any other prizes available. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the “General Entry Restrictions” section below. 

B. Initial Drawings (Prize Winner Selection)

Mighty Loud will randomly select the potential Trip Giveaway winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Entry Period on or around November 9, 2026. 

All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. 

C. Winner Verification

The three (3) potential winners will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winners” below shall apply.

Event and Anytime Prize Giveaways

For all entry methods, see “A. How to Enter” under Trip Giveaways above. All entry methods, limits, and restrictions described therein apply equally to these prize giveaways.

B. Initial Drawings (Prize Winner Selection)

Mighty Loud will randomly select the potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Entry Period. 

The Sturgis Prize Giveaways will be randomly awarded at the Pappy Hoel Campground at any time during the Sturgis Motorcycle Week from August 7 - August 15, 2026. The Explore Branson Prize Giveaways will be randomly awarded during the Full Throttle Branson Bike Week at any time from September 9 - September 12, 2026. The Anytime Prize Giveaways will be given away at any time during the Promotion Entry Period and all potential winners will be selected by on or around November 9, 2026. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the “General Entry Restrictions” section below. 

All winners are subject to verification of eligibility.

The thirty-five (35) potential winners will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize.  Due to the time-sensitive nature of in-person prize pickup, the Sturgis Prizes and Explore Branson Prizes winners may be required to complete verification, including any required Declaration, on-site or with less than forty-eight (48) hours for prize acceptance and pickup. Winners will be notified of the time frame with their notice. Failure to be present and complete verification at the designated pickup time and location will result in forfeiture of the prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winners” below shall apply.

General Entry Restrictions

The following entry restrictions apply to the entire Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. All additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined in these Official Rules) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods will void that entrant's entries in Mighty Loud’s discretion and that entrant may be disqualified. 

Any Keyword can only be used once per person and per email address. Any attempts to use this Keyword for additional entries will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility requirements and all other limitations, exclusions, and releases set forth throughout these Official Rules apply with equal force to this Promotion as a whole, unless expressly stated otherwise in this section. 

Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. 

Disqualification of Winners

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeits their respective prize. In such case, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner as follows:

A. Winners

For all disqualified prize winners, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the corresponding Drawing. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the applicable prize(s), after which the applicable prize(s) may remain unawarded.

Miscellaneous

Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the entirety of this Promotion and the selection of all prize recipients are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Mighty Loud’s, Branson Chamber, Pappy Hoel, Full Throttle, and all prize suppliers and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

General Conditions: Mighty Loud reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of Promotion or the respective prize drawings, or any event or cause beyond Mighty Loud’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion and/or their respective prize drawings, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Mighty Loud in its sole discretion. In such event, Mighty Loud, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in whole or in part may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Mighty Loud reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mighty Loud’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

Disclaimer of Warranties: With respect to the any Prize, none of Mighty Loud Enterprises, The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Pappy Hoel Campground, LLC, Full Throttle, L.L.C., Full Throttle Saloon and Campground, or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law.

Liability Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Loud Enterprises, The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Pappy Hoel Campground, LLC, Full Throttle, L.L.C., Full Throttle Saloon and Campground, and all of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, shareholders, representatives, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, including without limitation, any drawing in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion entry process or any of the drawings herein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, selection of winners, award of prizes or otherwise in the administration of the Promotion; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged or stolen mail; (6) any injury or damage to persons (including great bodily harm or death) or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Mighty Loud reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion. 

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Mighty Loud in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of this Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mighty Loud, which shall be final and binding. Mighty Loud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.

Administrative Communications: By participating in this Promotion, you agree to receive communications from Mighty Loud by mail, email, phone call, or text message for the administration of this Promotion, including winner notification, eligibility verification and prize fulfillment communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud’s inability to contact you.

Promotional Communications: By participating in this Promotion, you also agree to receive promotional communications (such as event announcements, offers, and marketing messages) from Mighty Loud, Explore Branson, Pappy Hoel and Full Throttle and their authorized locations by mail, email, phone, or text.
